De Fujifilm X-E3, de opvolger van de X-E2s is de meest compacte en lichtgewichte model uit de X-Serie systeemcamera.
De X-E3 heeft de kenmerken van een meetzoeker camera, maar heeft geen hybride zoeker zoals zijn grote broer de X-Pro2.
Wel gebruikt de X-E3 de zelfde X-trans III sensor als zijn grote broer, en levert hierdoor een gigantisch dynamisch bereik en ongekende scherpte.
Nieuw is het 3 Inch touchscreen die de X-E3 een intiutieve bediening geeft, maar ook de 4K Video zorgt er voor dat de Fujifilm X-E3 een serieus aanvulling is voor de X serie camera.
